Norm Townsend

Contracts Manager

Norm is an experienced retail service industry specialist and joined TBM in 2008. Norm manages the company’s major client contract requirements in all aspects of cleaning, grounds maintenance and landscaping.

Tracey Forsdyke

Contract Manager

Tracey joined TBM in 2009 with a vast experience in service industry operations particularly for sporting and educational institutions. As a Contract Manager Tracey is responsible for the performance of the cleaning and maintenance services of large sites, including managing customer relationships, staff, training and inventory

Sandra Burrows

Contract Manager

With significant experience gained across the services industry, Sandra joined TBM in 2016. Sandra has industry experience particularly in managing the service requirements for supermarkets, shopping centres and care institutions. As a Contract Manager, Sandra is responsible for the performance of the cleaning and maintenance services of retail sites and care institutions, including managing customer relationships, staff, training and inventory.

Darren Gome

Grounds Maintenance Manager

Darren has over 20 years of experience in the grounds maintenance industry. Darren is responsible for the management of various contract operations in commercial, educational and industrial facilities. Darren’s responsibilities include supervision and staff training, client communications, inventory management and equipment maintenance.

Peter Davidson

Contracts Manager

Peter joined TBM in 1997 after significant experience in the cleaning and service operations of office buildings and complexes, specialised shops, shopping centres and health institutions. Peter is the manager responsible for cleaning and services operations at various city office buildings including managing customer relationships, staff, training and inventory.

Kaine Denning

Contract Manager

Kaine started with TBM in 2009 after working in the horticulture industry for over 20 years. Kaine’s extensive experience has grown while at TBM to include significant experience managing event cleaning services. As a Contracts Manager for the company’s key event partners, Kaine ensures all aspects of these events, both large and small, are run seamlessly across staff, training, equipment and inventory.

Glenn Sales

Regional Manager

Glenn has been with TBM for over 25 years and in that time has been successfully managing a number of contracts across areas of service, cleaning and maintenance for businesses and institutions in the Sunshine Coast region. With significant experience in Council requirements, Glenn is locally based and provides a professional and thorough service across office buildings, facilities and public areas to all clients in the region.

Megan Rose

Regional Manager

Megan has been with TBM for over 20 years and successfully runs a number of cleaning services and grounds maintenance contracts in the Toowoomba and Western Downs regions. In managing the regions major client contracts, Megan’s has significant experience including assessing and managing requirements of utility providers, transportation service companies and regional councils. Megan is locally based and provide the regions clients with a reliable and comprehensive service for all their varying requirements.

Shane Rooke

Area Manager

Shane has been with TBM for almost 20 years and services a number of key clients in and around the Scenic Rim and Logan regions. Locally based in the region, Shane has experience in assessing and executing the requirements of different businesses and institutions that operate in the area. Shane has particular expertise in specialised contract cleaning for public area amenities and council requirements. Shane is also an integral part of the TBM events team managing particular requirements across large and small event needs.

Theresa Whelan

Contracts Supervisor

Theresa has been with TBM for almost 20 years and is a trusted cleaning services supervisor. Theresa has vast experience in managing efficient and thorough teams to provide the cleaning service for buildings, properties and events. Theresa is thorough in ensuring that cleaning staff are trained, assured and compliant with all aspects of the key client’s requirements.

John Curr

Contracts Supervisor

John has worked with TBM since 2011 after an experienced career in service industries. John has significant experience in managing both service contracts and events for TBM. John ensure that his staff are trained in all the requirements of the contract. John also manages the clients relationship, inventory and maintenance of company equipment.

Nick Viner

Events Supervisor

Nick has been with TBM since 2017 and is currently the dedicated supervisor in the TBM events team. Nick is responsible for all aspects of organising the technical and operational requirements for event cleaning. Nick continues ensure staff are organised, trained and are equipped with inventory, machinery and ensures that all equipment is operating effectively onsite.

Joshua Muir

Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

leader. Josh is responsible for maintaining the successful delivery of landscape maintenance contracts including managing the particular requirements of our horticulatral services contracts and is a dedicated groundman for key client contracts.
